General Information

Silver Birch Place provides rentable space for wellness practitioners, facilitators, and other professionals. The use of this site and our spaces is subject to the terms outlined below. These Terms may be updated periodically without notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through each individual practitioner through their associated webpage booking system.

• All Spinal Flow bookings must be made through the contact form on the Spinal Flow page or by phone.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is accepted via e-transfer.

• Payment must be made within 12 hours to hold the booking.

• Rates are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by rate changes.

Use of Space

• Practitioners and facilitators are responsible for setting up their own spaces including furniture, tables, chairs, etc.

• Practitioners and facilitators are responsible for leaving the space clean, tidy, and in the same condition it was found.

• Any damage to furniture, walls, or equipment will be the responsibility of the renter and may incur a damage fee.

• Please respect other clients and tenants using the space — noise, scents, and use of shared areas should be managed mindfully.

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

Liability

• Silver Birch Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

• Practitioners are fully responsible for their own professional conduct, liability coverage, and client interactions while using the space.

• By booking, you agree to indemnify Silver Birch Place from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the premises.

Privacy

• Any personal information collected via the website is used solely for communication, booking, and operational purposes. We will never share or sell your information.

Community Standards

• We aim to foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of access to the space without refund.

Intellectual Property

• All website content — including images, text, and design — is the property of Silver Birch Place and may not be reproduced without permission.
