Hi, I’m Jennifer Valiquette.
I help people reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal using the gentle and powerful Spinal Flow Technique.
A gentle approach to deep healing
I bring over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, combined with deep training in trauma, nervous system health, and mind-body healing. My work is grounded in science but guided by intuition, and I hold a calm, welcoming space for people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck—especially when they’ve “tried everything.”
Through light touch and nervous system awareness, Spinal Flow helps the body shift from stress and survival into a state of safety, flow, and regeneration. This allows long-held physical or emotional patterns to release—so that you can come home to yourself again.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, trauma, burnout, or simply ready to feel like yourself again, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

From surviving to thriving
So many of us live in a state of constant survival—stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. These survival patterns are hardwired into the nervous system after years of physical strain, emotional stress, or trauma. Over time, this dysregulation can impact every part of the body: digestion, sleep, hormones, immunity, pain, energy, even mental health.
The Spinal Flow Technique helps the body shift out of these chronic stress states and back into healing. Through light touch on specific access points along the spine, we invite your brain to recognize and release blockages—restoring the flow of Life Force Energy through your system.
It’s not about force or manipulation—it’s about listening to the body, and allowing it to do what it’s designed to do: heal.
Why I do this work
My journey began in hospital settings, caring for people with complex mental health conditions: PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and the long shadows of trauma. Later, I became a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, supporting survivors at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. I learned how vital early care is in preventing long-term emotional and physical consequences.
Over the years, I began searching for approaches that could go deeper—beyond symptom management and toward root cause healing. That search led me to the Spinal Flow Technique, a modality that integrates nervous system science, trauma-informed care, and the body’s own innate wisdom.
What I’ve witnessed since is remarkable: pain softening, sleep returning, tears releasing, and people rediscovering the feeling of being at home in their bodies again.
